RETURNS / EXCHANGES
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Once an order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel a shipment.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been shipped. We will only be using the address provided when the order was originally placed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been shipped. The order can also be tracked on the "Tracking" tab.

Premade: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
Preorder: Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be shipped.
AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
ONCE THEY ARE LEFT WITH THE CARE OF OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES. The customer and the shipping carrier now share this responsibility.
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SHIPPING CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE. It is the responsibility of the customer to be present at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery date.
When placing an order, kindly double-check that your shipping address is accurate and, if necessary, includes the correct apartment number. For any lost or stolen packages, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ITEMS STUCK IN TRANSIT, SO YOU MUST DEAL WITH THE CARRIER.
You are financially responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with your order if it is returned to our facility by the carrier for any reason.
