Address updates can be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please review your information before you checkout.
All sales are final. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been placed.
Wondering where your order is? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.
Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to you regarding the next steps.
Please note that all sales are final. We understand things don’t always work out, so we’ve put in place a return policy for defective/damaged/incorrect items. This is for store credit, or an exchange. We do not offer refunds.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, origin addresses need to be a valid US or Canadian address, you need the receipt or order number, the email the order was created with will work if you do not have the order number. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
To qualify for a return, items must be in its original packaging and in brand new condition (no cologne/perfume, no washing, stains, etc.).
Please note that if the items don’t meet these conditions upon arrival, we may refuse them and ship them back to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, your return will be processed within 10 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and initiate a return immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
